We are looking for a passionate and highly enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our team in Norwich.

As part of the Haines Watts Norwich team, you will be assisting the team with all administrative and reception duties.

The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and undertake this role as someone with previous admin experience and experience within a customer-facing role!

What is the role:

  • All administration tasks, including preparing letters and documents, scanning, daily filing of paperwork, covering reception by answering the phone and transfer/take calls along with other reception duties.
  • Maintaining office equipment and providing day to day IT and office support to all staff members
  • Checking stocks and ordering stationery supplies for the office
  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Assist and support with Client queries
  • Ad hoc support as requested by the PA's & Director's

  • Punctual, presentable and with the ability communicate.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills including use of Excel
