What's the role?

As an Administration Assistant looking for a new challenge in our North London Finchley office, you will be assisting the administration team in all areas including reception, client service with the below key tasks being carried out. To get a flavour of our clients, watch their videos or listen to their stories on our podcast -

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • All administration tasks, including letters, photocopying, scanning, manual updates, document binding, other daily filing on IRIS
  • Checking stocks and ordering stationery supplies for the office
  • Answering the phone and transfer/take calls
  • Covering reception - taking calls
  • Booking couriers
  • Ensuring additional post or documents are scanned and distributed to relevant parties in a timely fashion
  • Preparation of new client forms and conducting smart searches
  • Supporting the team and other departments within the business as and when needed

As well as the above you will be willing to learn and undertake this role as someone with previous administration experience.
