What's the role?

As a Corporate Finance Trainee looking to start your career in our Central London office, you will be on an ACA Apprenticeship Study Programme and will work with the Corporate Finance team in performing financial due diligence, valuations and advisory mandates. Your key tasks and responsibilities:

• Taking a lead role in analysing and evaluating companies financial data
• Drafting financial due diligence reports
• Communicating with all interested parties throughout due diligence and deal mandates
• Attending client meetings
• Assisting the team with all aspects of lead advisory process, including potential purchaser research
• Shadowing the senior leadership team in all deal aspects

Qualifications you should have:

• Gained at least 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels (excluding General Studies); and
• Ideally a 2.1 or above in any degree attained
