What is the role?

An exciting entry level opportunity for a motivated individual looking to start a career in B2B marketing. We are looking for a self-starter to support the delivery of wide ranging marketing activity within a regional team. The role will touch on everything from content and campaigns to data and social media - and everything in between.

Email marketing

  • Building, distributing and co-ordinating multiple email marketing campaigns using marketing software within the regional CRM system
  • Using and improving our use of split testing and automation functions within the e-marketing tool
  • Collating data and creating reports for each email send
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on engagement from their clients and contacts
  • Liaising with agency to order campaigns and/or brief in requirement for bespoke design


  • Updating and creating website profiles within the CMS
  • Gather info from key stakeholders to create their profiles (includes copy, imagery etc.) and adding/amending existing profiles
  • In due course, uploading blogs to website and supporting team with management of blog rota


  • Extracting reports from the SEO tool in use, in order for analysis and interpretation to be done by manager
  • Supporting with topic and key word research

Social media

  • Day to day running of the regional Twitter and Instagram feeds
  • Creating posts and scheduling these through Hoot suite
  • Supporting on social sharing of National campaigns including drafting of posts for key stakeholders
  • Enhancing engagement with our target audience via social media channels
  • Liaising with National Marketing team on social media assets
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to plan and co-ordinate social media advertising and PPC lead generation campaigns, using analytics tools to measure and improve results


  • Managing data quality across various marketing lists, liaising with key stakeholders to obtain updated marketing lists, and updating CRM with client information


  • Organising photoshoots when required
  • Research a variety of sponsorship, publicity opportunities and related initiatives as and when these occur
  • Organising and managing the logistics for webinars
  • Supporting local offices with requests for marketing assets and ensuring correct branding and tone of voice is being used
  • Proof reading content
  • Managing library of content for internal stakeholders
  • Compiling contact list for local PR

What you will need to be;

  • Be authentic in every situation and like to be connected to your team, clients and local communities

  • Be driven to succeed, take initiative and want results

As well as the above you will be literate with computer software programmes such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI as well as Microsoft Excel is not essential but desirable.
