Receptionist/PA to Directors required at a Top 15 Accountancy firm office in High Wycombe.

Immediate start.

Office based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

Responsible for all aspects of reception work, providing an exceptional front of house service to all callers and visitors to the firm. You will also be responsible for a range of administrative duties for the Directors.

Key duties include:

  • Reception duties: Responsible for dealing with all phone calls in a professional manner passing on messages as required.
  • Diary management for three Directors.
  • Admin duties: Raising bills, letters of engagement, anti-money laundering procedures.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
  • Booking meetings and managing the bookings of meeting rooms.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Organising refreshments and lunch orders.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and professional at all times.
  • Sorting and distributing post.
  • Secretarial duties: Typing, writing letters/emails, filing and shredding.
  • Arranging lunch and refreshments for meetings.
  • Organising travel bookings/parking arrangements.
