Job Description

This position would suit a management accountant with a few years' experience. The position will be to work with our clients and provide support with interval accounts, journals and other interim assistance.

You will be part of a growing accounts team that provides an outstanding quality of service to clients.

The role offers great opportunities to liaise directly with clients and develop your skills.

You will have the opportunity to both contribute to and share in the success of this team. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors and liaise with our colleagues in other teams to provide a high quality service to our clients.

As a Management Accountant your typical daily duties will include:

Preparation of interval limited company and charity accounts, VAT returns and general bookkeeping

To report in a timely and accurate manner to client queries

To keep manager informed of case progress and any issues arising

To raise profile of the firm by ensuring clients are fully satisfied by the service they receive

Have an awareness of the various services provided by Haines Watts

Maintain a professional working relationship with both clients and the wider Haines Watts team

Attend all training courses as required

Academic Requirements:

Good academic history

AAT desired but not essential
