Haines Watts Worcester, with office based in Evesham and Worcester, are looking to appoint a Client Administrator. This newly created role is partially client facing and will predominantly be based out of the Worcester office. Reporting to the Practice Manager, as well as providing support to the firms partners and senior management the roles primary focus is aiding the team in the delivery of a five star service and efficient communications to the firm's clients (and prospective clients).

The successful candidate will have experience working in a professional office and be confident, polite and friendly with a great telephone manner. They will be organised and efficient and be able to manage and priorities their own workload and will have a great working knowledge of Microsoft office products. Experience in an accounts office would be an advantage but not necessary. This is an office based role.

The main duties of the role are:

  • Liaising with the firm's clients to have statutory and other documents approved via the firms online portal
  • Maintenance of Company databases, including the firms fibre CRM system
  • Overseeing the firms new client onboarding process via the fibre CRM system
  • Taking charge of the firms client identification procedures and ensuring existing clients and any new clients are appropriately identified in line with firms money laundering regulations.
  • Submission of documents to the relevant statutory authorities, including companies house and HMRC
  • Working with the firms partners and client managers to ensure databases are fully up to date at all times
  • Working with the firm's partners and client managers to ensure that client records are received on time and in advance of deadlines and that client records are appropriately returned
  • Working with the firms client managers to ensure that client records are correctly uploaded to the relevant portals
  • Administering and reporting on the firm's client and NPS surveys via the firms Fibre CRM system
  • Dealing with statutory registrations with HMRC as required
  • Some general administration
  • Administrating bulk communications to clients via our fibre CRM system
  • Aiding the Administration manager with credit control, including sending statements to clients via email or via the post
  • Making telephone calls to clients in relation to credit control or other fee matters (in support of the Administration manager)
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required

This is an office based role either full time, or a minimum of 30 hours a week over 5 days. Some travel to our Evesham office may be required (on average a couple of days a month).
