We are currently recruiting for a CRM Database Administrator to join our fast paced Marketing and BD team within our either our Central London or Slough office supporting our M25 regional offices. The CRM Database Administrator will be Reporting to the Marketing Manager and will be looking to develop and maintain the CRM system, deliver day to day CRM database support, generate reports and analyse data.

The CRM Database Administrator duties will be:

CRM database management

  • Maintain and develop the integrity of the firm's CRM system
  • Ongoing regular data maintenance
  • Analyse data issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Ensure all data is kept secure and legally compliant
  • Manage set up and deactivation of users

Data selection, campaigns and reporting

  • Monitor data quality, duplicate checking, data migrations and data integration
  • Prepare and import data from a wide variety of sources including Excel and Outlook
  • Fulfil internal requests for data queries, mailing selections and analysis
  • Generate and maintain existing reports from the CRM system
  • Create new reports to support marketing and BD activity

Support & training

  • Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems
  • Liaise with the firm's IT team to resolve technical issues relating to existing IT environment.
  • Develop a close working relationship with the CRM vendor and their development team
  • Deliver training to new users, either one-to-one or in small group sessions


  • Support the marketing and BD team with ongoing projects to integrate other tools into the CRM system
  • Developing best practice for CRM use across the business and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with marketing, BD and operations teams to support ongoing development of the database functionality, usability and reporting
  • Participate in additional ad hoc projects relating to systems integration and execution of marketing campaigns

Practice Management System

  • Develop detailed working knowledge of the firm's practice management database (IRIS) and its integration with the CRM database
  • Data mining from the practice management system
  • Data searches and extraction from the firm's data partner


  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM ideally
  • Familiarity with e-marketing and lead generation software desirable
  • Working knowledge of SQL commands advantageous
  • Experience of Practice Management systems desirable, specific experience with IRIS advantageous
  • Previous experience in a CRM role within professional services is preferable
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment
  • Advanced IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is desirable)
  • Understanding of data protection issues and current development in database technology
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written


  • Ideally educated to degree level, preferably in computer science or similar
  • MS accreditation advantageous
  • Minimum grades C and above in English and B or above in Maths GCSE
