Our National Marketing team forms a part of Group Services working closely with the board to develop the marketing strategy for the business and working with regions to implement it.


OVERALL PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and maintain the digital plan for the business, creating goals and benchmarks to meet. They will oversee the planning, delivery and optimisation the digital strategy for social media, online traffic and digital marketing campaigns and leading on digital projects.

THE SPECIFICS

The key duties of this role are as follows:

Developing and maintaining a digital content plan.

Repurpose content to provide maximum online impact.

Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the website.

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with Group Head of Marketing.

Develop & oversee the social media strategy.

Communicate and work with regions on delivery of digital strategies at Group and regional level.

Analyse key metrics on digital activity and generate reports on digital channels and marketing campaign performance.

Tracking conversation rates and making improvements to the website.

Optimising website and social media channels for SEO.

Manage day to day updates on the website with Marketing Assistant and our website providers.

Liaise with third parties and internal resources to develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of testing protocols and procedures.

Keep up to date with current digital trends.
