We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our expanding team within the Central London office. This is a truly generalist role where the incumbent will have the opportunity to get involved with all touchpoints of the employee life cycle.

As the largest and fastest growing region of Haines Watts we are looking for highly skilled entrepreneurial individuals to join to the team to assist us in achieving our strategic goal of being the number one advisor to owner managed businesses.

We are a top 15 accountancy firm specialising within the owner managed business area across the UK. A well-established firm since the 1930's with an entrepreneurial and dynamic feel who are continuing to grow nationally as well as regionally.

The HR Coordinator role is offering a competitive salary and great benefits package.

The HR Coordinator's duties will be:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Act as subject matter expert in HR systems
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Scheduling HR activities and maintaining HR calendar
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
  • Formulate methods to improve employment policies. Processes and practices as well as recommending changes and operational improvement
