What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the local partners to craft and deliver a regional marketing strategy, aligned with the firm's national objectives, raising the profile of the Haines Watts brand and increasing the organic sales pipeline
  • Ensure that optimised value is generated from the regions marketing spend.
  • Take ownership of delivering the regional marketing plans, campaigns and tactical initiatives
  • Act as the regional Haines Watts brand guardian within the region to ensure that all marketing collaterals and brand assets are aligned with the national brand image, our values and culture
  • Develop and monitor a suite of KPI's and insights to continuously report progress and adapt marketing activity in an agile and responsive manner
  • Optimise the usage of (prospect) data within the business to improve conversion rates and work with the regional partners to improve cross selling opportunities
  • Lead the regional marketing function, working closely with the national head office marketing function, partners and third party suppliers and represent the region on the national marketing committee

Qualifications

  • CIM accreditation
  • A relevant marketing degree or equivalent is desirable

The Regional Marketing Manager will have the below skills:

  • An experienced and team-oriented and resourceful marketing generalist.
  • Commercial acumen and a good understanding of the real drivers for growth along with the ability to demonstrate return on investment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to listen and influence well, building effective working relationships through personal credibility, gravitas and impact
  • Comfortable with the operational aspects of implementation and delivery.
  • High attention to detail, combined with the ability to see a broad picture.
  • A team player, collaborative in style, dynamic and enthusiastic and happy to 'roll up their sleeves' where appropriate. A passion for excellence, innovation and delivery.
  • Someone with high levels of energy, stamina and drive. A hands-on, decisive operator who can take ownership and effect change.
