Job Description

We are looking for a Xero Bookkeeper with excellent IT skills to join our busy Accounts Team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales, purchases and nominal ledger management
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements
  • VAT reconciliation
  • Petty cash and expenses management
  • Inter-Company transactions
  • Wages transactions and reconciliation of salaries and wages control accounts
  • Preparation and filing of clients' VAT Returns

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1-2 years bookkeeping using Xero
  • Client interaction

This role will suit someone with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail as well as good IT and communication skills.

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
